Green Day

These photos are for Green Day over at Raindrops and Daisys.  This is a house plant that I rooted from a couple of leaves from my daughter's plant.  I don't remember the name of it.  Does anyone know?  I'll have to ask my daughter.

Another daughter gave  me this basket of mums.  This is what it looked like when she gave it to me about a month ago.

This is what it looks like now.  I'm going to plant the mums and hopefully they will look like this next year.

To see green from all over the world, stop over at Rainbows and Daisys.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful weekend!

See you next time

Barb

Barb, I believe that first house plant is a variety of houseplant begonia. All lovely, Olive

I have seen that plant but can't think what it's called either. I love the chrysanthemums. I don't know if mine are strangely out of sync' or not, but I have some dwarf growing ones (darg burgundy) just starting to flower now. Usually we have chrysanthemums available for Mothers Day/May. Maybe it is just the variety I have that does it differently.

Calling by from the Green Day Meme on Raindrops and Daisies, lovely photos. Is it a coleus maybe?

Pretty mum! I find it best to buy them when they are just buds. When I buy them in bloom they don't last long!

Beautiful color!
