Lilacs and a fence

I did not get back out to Jesse's barn to get photos of the lilacs but we had some beautiful ones in town.  I took these photos the end of May.

Linking to Friday Fences at Life According to Jan & Jer.

About an hour after I published my last post stating I didn't like storm warnings, the sirens when off warning of a tornado.  I went to the basement but nothing happened thank goodness.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!
Until next time
Barb

Beautiful fence I love the lilacs. I am glad it was a false alarm. That scares me just hearing about it. B

...not cold enough for lilacs here on the coast; or may be it's just 'too hot' in our summers; I'm not quite sure, I think it's the former more than anything. So many beautiful flowers on show there and wow, they must've smelt divine!

Oh Thank you for visiting me. I always love hearing from you. Glad the tornado didn't materialize. Wow, I couldn't live with that fear.

My grandma lives right next door when I was growing up. She had lavender lilacs on the south of her home and a huge white tree between our yards next the path I would take to her home. Oh lilacs remind me of her. Thanks for the lovely memory! (hug)

Oh I don't like tornado warnings, and I have spent quite a few times in the basement waiting for the danger to pass. Glad yours passed too. Beautiful lilacs on the fence. The aroma must have been heavenly.

Those lilacs are beautiful, Barb. I freaked out with the storm Thursday night. First storm in the "new" house (no more hotel for awhile). I kept thinking "where do I go if there is a tornado warning?" No basement, no tub. Guess I would have to stand in the shower stall. Glad everything was okay for you. I know you had more storms over the weekend. Mostly rain up north for us.
