Drive-by barns

I don't usually get to do drive-by shooting of barns as I am the one driving and I have to stop and pull over.  But when I was at my daughter's a few weeks ago she was driving so thought I would give it a try.  I was pleasantly surprised at how well these turned out.   They are all straight out of the camera except for resizing and adding my name.

Thanks for stopping!  Have a great week!

Until next time.

Barb

p.s.  My grandson thought he had coined a new word.  He said "Grandma Barb there is another barnage"!  I said "Sorry, TexWisGirl has already coined that word". :0)

The drive-bys came out great! I'm such a slow photographer, I always have to pull over and then take several shots... Nice images!

Nice work! I'm so glad that my hubby wants to do all the driving when we are traveling. A goodly share of my barn shots are drive-bys, and if we stopped for every barn I saw we'd never get anyplace.

All very nice barnage- but I am partial to the red, of course. :)

It doesn't matter how you take them, Barb...they're all beautiful!! You take amazing photos!
I just posted "my" barn and one of the events I designed for a client. It turned out beautifully and my client was ecstatic. Hope you like it! :)
Hope you're feeling better. xoxo

That is a great collection of wonderful scenery, character and whimsy. The driving by gives them motion and frailty that makes us want to hang on.

I do all the driving, too! On our vacation, I saw several barns that I'd like to have gotten photos of but there wasn't a place to pull over. I only stopped for one. Love your drive-by photos, Barb! The red barn is my fav...great silos, too.

You got some nice captures by letting someone else take the wheel.

The third is my favorite also.

Beautiful barns, Barb! I grew up on a farm, and spent a lot of time in our barn taking care of my horses, and the sheep, goats and cows. It was so nice to hear from you over at my blog today--thank you for stopping by and leaving a sweet comment!

Dearest Barb,
SO sorry for my belated comment, my friend!!!
Oh, "barnage"; I don't know ~age I am in, haha. I hope I am figurig out the coined word correctly.
What splended shots of barn♡♡♡ I wish I could have SLR-camera so that I can take pictures making out of focus places blurry like you do. Well, I don't know if I can manage to use it(^^;)
Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

I do a lot of drive-bys while Roger drives...as long as it is not straight out the side window, they do pretty good...these are all interesting and of course makes me wish I could see more.
