Pumpkins and Tomatoes

The other evening I went out to my friend's farm and came home with pumpkins and tomatoes.
Here is the cutie that raised them.

I can't imagine pumpkins and tomatoes being harvested at the same time! Living in a very warm climate, we harvest our tomatoes in late June/early July before the sun burns them up!

well done and I wonder if these pumpkins are grown especially for Halloween celebrations or are they tasty eating ones?

Hi, Dearest Barb.
Wow, you know our pumpkin is really small and green. I also wonder if these pumpkins are grown especially for Halloween celebrations or not. The big ones you have always amaze me and the girl raised them sure is lovely♡♡♡
I hope you are having wonderful weekend, my friend.
Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*

Como eu gosto de abóboras, essas parecem estar deliciosas.

Great looking crop of pumpkins, and the tomatoes look wonderful. Ours have almost finished...the vines have been there since April, so I guess they've exhausted themselves.
Have a great weekend,
Babs
