In my last post I told you about the young boys who showed us around the barn and told us about the chickens they were taking to the State Fair. Here's a look at their unusual breeds. Maybe some of you can help me out with their names.
Maybe an example of nature's sense of humor while at the same time, when you look closely there is beauty. I can't help but think that some clothes designers have copied some of these looks. Super shots that I enJOYed!
Oh they are so fun and interesting to look at! Our neighbors had a bunch of chickens that would roam over to our yard. I got a big kick out of it. I never knew there were so many different kinds!
Dearest Barb, Wow, I've never seen these varieties of chickens♡♡♡ They are all adorable and my favorite will be the whte one p;) Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
Oh, my word! What a bunch of strange looking chickens/roosters! I think the first one just had his hair did. :-) Love the little white fuzzy one! Cool looking birds!
They are all so cool looking. Love their fancy feathers. I see Yolanda above has given their names. Thanks for sharing these pretty critters. Have a great weekend!
I love the 'fluffy' one!!!! If you'd like, consider adding this link to the Bird D'Pot birding meme this weekend. I know a lot would appreciate viewing these great photos.
Thanks for linking up at the Bird D'Pot this weekend. I'm a little behind in paying my visits as I had a very busy weekend and wasn't online much!!! Your sharing is always much appreciated!!

Beautiful photos of gorgeous critters; I especially adore Buff Orpingtons!
Hilarious chickens and captions. Why are chickens so dang cute and yet nearly frightening, esp when they decide to run at you? lol
