State Fair Chickens

In my last post I told you about the young boys who showed us around the barn and told us about the chickens they were taking to the State Fair.  Here's a look at their unusual breeds.   Maybe some of you can help me out with their names.

King of the Roost

This one looks a little mean.

I liked this little fuzzy guy.

Bad hair feather day!

The end!

Maybe an example of nature's sense of humor while at the same time, when you look closely there is beauty. I can't help but think that some clothes designers have copied some of these looks. Super shots that I enJOYed!

Hilarious chickens and captions. Why are chickens so dang cute and yet nearly frightening, esp when they decide to run at you? lol

Oh they are so fun and interesting to look at! Our neighbors had a bunch of chickens that would roam over to our yard. I got a big kick out of it. I never knew there were so many different kinds!
