So you had a sleep study...am very tempted to do that myself. May solve my sleep issues, altho it has been a wee bit better lately. Your morning sunrise is lovely, now go home and take a nap!!

Very pretty sunrise! My husband has many sleep disorders and has had many sleep studies. I pray that the study will give you the answers you need to feel better.

What an amazing sunrise.
I have been using a C-Pap machine for about fifteen years now. The best thing I ever did was my first sleep study. I now keep a extra machine so I have a spare for travel and a back-up in case of failure. Would never want to sleep without mine.
That is really a lovely way to start a morning... What a beautiful place.

I had one of them years ago. geeze, they had me hooked up. Then the bill came and the insurance was not very generous. Hope yours had a positive outcome. Yes, they do get you up and out early, but you were able to capture a great picture. So pretty and peaceful. genie
