Tractors

I have been seeing lots of tractors lately.

I stopped to take a picture of a barn and across the road was this place, full of old tractors.

Linking to Rural Thursday #29

Thanks for stopping and have a great day.

Until next time. . .

My husband's parents ran a dairy farm. They had a red Farmall tractor like the one you got a picture of. It's that time of year...harvesting!!

I love these - my aunt just sold her old Farmall and my dad had an Allis-Chalmers that he got when I was born. I remember learning to drive it - fun memories today, Barb! Thanks.

Where would a farmer be without one! It looks like you had a fun "photo shoot", Barb.

Love old tractors! My grandfather had an Alis Chalmers on his farm for years. It turned an entirely rust color, but was still running.

I love seeing the old tractors on display. They do a big tractor fest here every spring where you can see antiques tractors on display. They also have ones for sale and do other events where the tractors are judged in different categories. Even have contest where the tractors compete against each other for prizes.
