And here they are planted. Looking pretty skimpy now but they will fill in.
Some of my peonies are open
Some are still buds. This big plant is from my daughter for Mother's Day. I don't remember the name of it. It is supposed to attract butterflies and humming birds. I had to take it in today because the wind was just whipping it around.
I got the Humming Bird and Oriole feeders out yesterday too. This morning I saw 2 Orioles at the feeders and the Humming Birds have been coming all day. I did manage to capture this one, but it's through the screen so it's not the best.
I'm linking with Tracie at Fishtail Cottage for Cottage Garden Party # 3
Stop over and see what's happening in other gardens.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a good weekend.
Until next time,
Barb

you've got a lot of activity going on! glad you got the feeders out and that they already appreciate them!
Your flowers are looking good! I had a trip to the green house today and bought some hanging baskets, but need to get the flowers to plant yet.
I would be awfully excited to see a hummingbird in my garden! I still have work to do outside and I'd like to pick up some plants as well. It's such a traditional thing to do here on our long weekend in May (Victoria Day).
love seeing your gardens waking up from thier slumber! you have many blooms in your landscape to enjoy! your window boxes are going to be lovely in a few weeks! thanks so much for linking up to Fishtail Cottage's garden party today! xoxo, tracie
Some impatiens I think; will look lovely when flowering away. Peonies are beautiful Barb'
Is the potted one on post, a Salvia maye? How pretty. Lovely to get the hummers!
Those flowers will fill out soon enough and be a mass of colour. It's lovely to see Spring happening while we are in Autumn and heading for Winter.

Very nice window boxes - they're going to look gorgeous when all filled out! I love peonies, too.
The peonies are beautiful! One of my favorites!!!! Love your window boxes. They are going to be so enjoyable from your window as summer progresses!
