Friday Fences

This is the same barn I posted at Barn Charm.  It's taken from a different location where there was this old wooden fence.

I love this lot style wood fencing even it there is now a bit of wire there. Ours are all gone now, and it is a bit sad. Such a serene sight. genie

Good fences make good neighbors, but they constantly need mending!

Hello Barb,
When I saw your blog name on Ivy and Elephant, I had to stop by. As you can see in my signature, I'm also Barbe but add the 'e' for my middle initial. : ) My grand-daughter calls me Grandma Bobbie!
I really love barns also. I love driving in the country and just watch for them. I have a friend who does them in oil paints - beautiful! I'm your newest follower on GFC and Linky. Love if you could follow back.

Beautiful.
An old barn and an old fence evoke a feeling of longing in me - so odd, as I've never lived on a farm with a barn like that.

What a fine collection of photos! The fence looks a little old, but it added to the story. I agree with the other comments… Your final photo can be a postcard. It would’ve looked better if the fence is newly constructed. :D
