Minnesota Barns

Here are a couple of barns near Owatonna, MN.  They were taken on a rainy, drizzly, spring day a few years ago while out for a drive.

I am linking to Barn Charm at Bluff Area Daily

Thanks to all of you who left comments last week. I really appreciated them.  I  had a nasty cold so if I didn't reply to your comments, or comment on your post, that is why.

Thanks for stopping by.  See you next time.

Barb

These are both beautiful barns...I hope the owners repair that first one. It is just too wonderful to let go.

These are both beautiful big barns! I'm a little partial to red ones. I hope whoever owns the first one restores it to it's former glory before it is too late.

Great to see these barns so different from the ones here in England.

I love seeing old barns in the country! Do you ever see any barn quilts when you're out and about?

Another great piece of shot. The roof of the barn is so typical ande the cows slept by it is pretty.

These are wonderful shots. I can imagine them framed and hung on my wall.

I love old barns, they have so much charm. I wish I had one because I would love to have a party in it with those strings of big light bulbs hanging from the rafters. :) Thank you for sharing your photos!

I just love old barns. These are gorgeous. I'm looking for a small scale model for my grandson. I think it would be cool to find toy farm animals for him to collect. Thanks so much for sharing the beauty.

Barb--Hope you're feeling better. Lots of that cold stuff going around! Thanks for sharing your photos of those great barns. My grandparents were farmers, but I've lived in the city for more than 35 years now--I miss being able to see those grand old beauties every day.
