The were all taken with different settings last night with only one table lamp on. I am going to be practicing using the different settings on the camera instead of using auto all the time. I have been reading the camera manual which isn't always easy to understand. I purchased an e-book called "Improve Your Photography...How Budding Photographers Can Get Pro Results" by Jim Harmer. The reviews said it was easy to understand and I agree. But I will need lots of practice.

I hope you have a great week and a Happy Valentines Day!
Thanks for stopping by. See you next time.

have written down the book title; I've been trying to learn my way through manual settings and the exposure triange; it isn't easy to comprehend, so easy is sounding good! Don't mind the practice. Nice selection of sweet photographs you got from your bouquet.
It looks like you really enjoyed playing with your camera. You have created a pretty arrangement with your rose and other bits and pieces,Barb.
Hope that you are having a good day.
Happy Valentine's

I need to start playing with my camera. I have mostly just used the auto setting. What a fun idea to photograph your pretty rose. :)
Such a pretty centerpiece! Everything looks better with fresh flowers.
Glad you joined me Barb. It is fun playing with your new camera right?
