Here are a few flowers that are blooming or have recently bloomed
The Coneflowers are Blooming
The Lilies have already bloomed. I'm not sure what the name of this lily is or where I got it. But it sure was pretty.
The orange Daylilies are done blooming but here are some pictures while they were blooming
Here is what the front of my house looked like when I moved in 4 years ago.
Here is what it looks like now after adding window boxes.
I added some mini hostas under the window boxes last year but they are pretty sparse yet. I had never heard of them before last year.
I hope all of your gardens have survived the heat we had last week.
Thanks for stopping by. See you next time.

Coneflowers really do signal some big changes in the gardens and the start of the late summer/fall bloom... they come with a sadness that so much is past for this year and a hope for the coming days with cooler temps and the beauty of fall, which from my perspective, weather-wise, is my favorite season. Lovely photos.
I love the mini hostas.
I won't have to worry about my garden in the heat
as we don't get heat here!!!
Pretty flowers! I love cone flowers, I need to buy more for my hillside. I hope next year I'll have a pretty wildflower garden there. Love your window boxes too.
